Training Classes are held
on Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning at 7PM in our Computer
Repair shop at:
103 S. Main
Cibolo, TX 78108
Class size is limited to 4 persons per class.
Can I bring my own computer or do you have one I can use?
We encourage you to bring your own laptop so you can practice the lessons on a system with which you are
familiar. If you have a desktop you can certainly bring just the tower. Please let us know when registering for a
course session you plan to do this so we can make sure we have the screen available for you.
If I pay for a Session in advance can I get a Refund or do I need to reschedule
the class?
You can reschedule the class.
When do I pay for the class?
All classes need to be paid for 3 days in advance.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, or check.
Can I pay for the class at your shop?
Yes
Can I pay online?
Yes, we have partnered with one of our sister sites, Eisenhauer Market Online to provide payment services for the Training Classes. You will
find the Training Classes under the Computers and Electronics category on the left had side.
How will I know when specific classes are available?
You can sign up for our Email List to receive up to date information on specific classes and the dates they will
be held.
Remember the class size is limited to a maximum of 4 people
You say each Session is $20, what is a Session?
A session is Module, or a portion, of the entire Course. For Example, let's say you are interested in the
Computer Fundamentals class and feel you are pretty comfortable with how to use your computer but want
to learn about networking.
If you look at the couse outline you will notice each of the sessions have code number at the beginning of the
Session. For networking the code, or Session, is PCF09. This session is $20 and will last 54 minutes, with any
questions and answers the total class, or session, will probably last for an hour and 20 minutes.
